Lohan Sued Over Spray Tan, Speaks Out On Twitter

First of all, we’d like to say how disappointed in ourselves we are that we never thought of the headline “DJ/Tanner” regarding Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson’s relationship. But that’s neither here nor there; the big LiLo news today is that she’s being sued! Over her spray tan line Sevin Nyne! Oy. Can nothing go right for this girl?
A Florida chemist named Jennifer Sunday is claiming that Lohan and her spray-tan business partner Lorit Simon stole the formula used for the sunless tanning spray LiLo produces. Sunday says that her company, White Wave International, was in negotiations to work with Simon but had not come to an agreement over pricing for the product. Soon after their talks, Simon partnered with Lohan and released the spray under the name Sevin Nyne.
While we don’t know the specifics and think it’s too soon to take either side here, we’re inclined to think Lindsay is not responsible for creating the chemical formula for this product. She’s even twittered her take on the drama, writing: “No formula was stolen for Sevin Nyne. It’s a woman looking for a payday. That’s it!” However, whether or not Lohan and Simon stole the formula responsible for turning countless people orange is to be determined in court. [Photo: WireImage]
